Rewards of the weigh in -- down by 4. In fact, less when I weighed myself at home but I figured best not to split hairs. Normally, losing only 4 lbs over 3 weeks isn't wicked impressive. But I'm delighted with it because I had an 8 day vacation AND Thanksgiving during those weeks. AND....it feels very, very good to be back in the 100s again. Yay!

Wow, that's way better than gaining over vacation, which I did, 5 pounds. Pat yourself on the back for not only maintaining but losing! After the holidays are over this will be SO much easier, don't you think? SIGH. You're doing excellent, keep it up! :)

YIPPIE!!!! You are in the 100's.. Keep it up, I am really very happy for you. I know how you must have felt after having the baby and the extra weight. I remember being miserable and wondering what my husband, although I knew he loved me, "REALLY" thought of how I looked, LOL. I couldn't see the baby in the pic, but ya'll look like such a sweet little family! You should make Christmas cards w/ a pic of the 3 of ya'll... that would be sweet!
