Ate pretty heavy until yesterday and I felt the difference. Was so hungry, which is good. Should have lightened up sooner but it does help to get out of the habit of late munching. So glad so many people joined me on this challenge! Thanks everyone!

@DMZur Sounds good! Challenges really helped me get where I am. Maybe a 18:6 Challenge? Fast 18 hours and eat only in a 6 hour period of your choice?

I enjoyed the challenge and was ...oh, 85% or better. I just can't get past the error on updating my results. But I was there with ya!! Chips, that is the challenge. As they say, the struggle IS REAL!!!
