It is freezing here, rain and snow almost all week. Did some exercises riding the bike, but all my joints really ache in this cold! Don't remember it being this bad last winter, but maybe it was. Down to 15 degrees most nights and gets to about 40 degrees in the day. I.m keeping the apt at about 70 to 72 degrees for me and my 3 little dogs, but still feel cold!
