Well I can't say that this was unexpected. I was sick the first half of the week, didn't exercise most of the week and had a tough time with my food.
I seem to have a really tough time driving home from work. I need to figure out why I feel the need to stop on the way home for something. Not sure if I'm just not eating lunch or if it's psychological. Whatever it is I need to come up with an effective strategy for dealing with it.
The good news is that this is a new week and a chance to come back strong.
