Got a call from my doctor's office my a1c tested in the diabetic range. scared the crap out of me. I have to get this under control.
143,9 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 6,7 kg.    Nog te gaan: 60,0 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

I thankfully as a 14 year CNA and current nursing student I have a good knowledge base to work from. Unfortunately reading anything extra outside of school stuff won't be happening.
