After many times trying to lose weight I actually did this for a week. I actually lost weight! Starting each day with moderate weight lifting, later trying to get some brisk aerobic exercise. Taking it one meal at a time, one day at a time. Focusing on what I can eat and not what I can't. Figuring out if there's really something I want to have, how to make it work.

Super loss! I agree, it's much easier to focus on what you may eat than what you ought not to eat.
