Grrr - I thought I had done really well this week! I used the Wii the last 2 days - which is more than I've done in weeks. I also cut down on what I've been eating.
It's just frustrating. I know that once I stop pumping, it should get better - and I'll be able to cut my calories down even more. It's just the up and down by a 1/2 pound that stinks.
This is when it's hard to keep up the motivation - because I'm seeing no change.
The positive is that my hubby has joined in on recording what he eats and cutting back. I know he will help me stay positive - which is what I need!
