I had a great diet week once again I lost all the weight I gained from last weekend and back to 221 again. I never stuck with the low carb thing this long and I see a big difference in my stomach already. 100grams limit I have not been tired yet. With that being said instead of calories I'm only paying attention to carbs and going to try to go as low as possible, because I will be drinking this weekend. No carbs in gin or vodka no more beer whine rum etc.. No big plans this weekend and I have been to gym every day for the last 10 days. So the way I feel I will be in the 2teens by Wednesday. Lets see if I'm correct.
100,7 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 49,0 kg.    Nog te gaan: 9,5 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: 100%.
