Okay, I am now above my maintenance range (113-117). I know what it's due to - my husband and I were in California for St. Paddy's Day, then vacation, then a friend's wedding. We did a lot of walking, but no gym. And ate what we wanted. This is why I have a maintenance range, though. I'll add in extra cardio workouts (while resuming my usual workout routine and eating), until I get back closer to 115. Then, I'll just continue with my usual routine.
