Don't stress it too much! You could have said "Ugh. I'm up!" At least you maintained. You have had some great loses in the past few weeks, don't worry, your body is just getting caught up and watch up next week you'll probably lose another 4lbs! I learned something this week myself... When I eat out more then I should, even when I stay in my calorie range, I tend not to be as successful on the scale. I think it is because the quality of the calories I am eating are not as good as making meals for myself. Sometimes we got to treat ourselves though, these are life changes and in moderation things are not going to hurt us. It's when they are daily habits that we get out of control! You're almost to the 20lbs mark! Your clothes are really going to start falling off soon! :) Proud of you! Eat to LIVE!!!! It's all about keeping our minds strong!

I think you read my mind, girl. I went out to eat a few times this week, more than in the last few weeks. Kept under calories, but lost nothing. I'm getting over the initial frustration of this morning, and I'm going to do my best to keep in there. Eat to live!! :)
