I am getting conflicted on the "old" Atkins vs the "new" Atkins. My sister and I just don't seem to be able to lose much on the "new" Atkins, even in the induction phase with only 20 grams of carbs a day. Is anyone else experiencing this? I have fallen off the wagon due to a personal crisis, but want to get on the plan again.
