I could not be happier I found the answer to my biggest problem. The weekend! For the first time in a very long time I did not gain this weekend I actually lost and it's all due to carb counting. I had way to much vodka this week went to the gym Fri Sat and Sunday. So 2teens here I come so excited abs are ,coming in now.
100,4 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 49,3 kg.    Nog te gaan: 9,2 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

The weekend is my BIGGEST downfall and I need to take a page from your book and learn how to keep motivated through out. Congrats on no gain!!!

Surprised it's working just try to keep your carbs below 100 grams. Any thing lower you end up tired and sluggish. I'm such a alchy on the weekends no carbs in vodka though. smh.
