Switching it up a bit - just coffee for breakfast - my fiber one cereal mid afternoon snack instead. Min 30 minutes run or elliptical every day and under 1500 calories per day. Definitely keeping up with minimum of 100 oz water a day. Would like to do a gallon but that last 28 ounces is over the top for me.
But feeling good this week. :)
