I am so happy to have broken into the 160s! I did this briefly in December and then immediately went back up.
I think exercising is really helping and overall I'm taking in less calories. I think I will re-set my RDI to reflect weight loss so that my numbers don't look so off.
I've made the decision to stop pumping - I'm getting so little anyway and my little guy will be 8 months next week. I think I will feel a lot better know I don't HAVE to pump and I'm hoping the rest of my baby weight will come off so I can start working on getting back to my college weight!
