Saturday & on my way to the Gym... Talk'd to Dietitian about 260 plateau, She says don't worry about it after I finish my Phases with no major changes they will help me punch through it. Still feeling pretty good about everything & not Hungry.... Having to Force myself to eat Dinner because of my Schedule.... late night & then going to bed was'z Hungry last night for a Slice of Pizza , but fix'd my Weight Watchers Reuben Sandwich instead with glass of Lemonade ... Over all still feeling Pretty good about everything
