Very excited! It's a small victory, but a victory none the less!
I didn't get a chance to weigh myself properly yesterday (my normal weigh in) because WBC got up at 5:15 - so I brought him downstairs and got him fed and then made my lunch for work and ate breakfast. By the time I did go up to shower, my weight was up 1.5 lbs! I knew that was because of my breakfast and the several glasses of water I had had, so I didn't record it.
This morning, hubby got up with WBC so I slept a little longer. But I went downstairs, not thinking about weighing myself. So after some yummy protein pancakes, I went upstairs to shower. I weighed myself and low and behold, I'm down a half pound - after breakfast!
This is now my lowest since November, so I'm recording it.
