Well todays journal entry. I am tiered of making excuses for myself, blaming it on my crappy childhood, my crappy life situation right now, my crappy attitude towards life. I will do weight every Friday and get to where I want and need to be.
I am in control and will take control, as of right now no more BS and just telling myself oh next week, next week cause that doesn't work. But I am strong and I will move on. PEACE
