shazallen's Logboek, 26 apr 17

Have not eaten enough calories today but food choices are limited so have decided to eat less than risk unhealthy choices. Brunch was 2 poached eggs bacon and half an avocado plus Vienna coffee at cafe. Dinner was Tank Salad-Thai chicken salad without any noodles. Could only eat about half of it as too much greenery.
Breakfast is easy but I will struggle tomorrow night when we eat at an unfamiliar restaurant with friends and probably have a couple of wines.
As my daughter and I are away on a girls roadtrip for the next few days I will not be able to weigh in until Saturday. Will check my keto levels in the morning. Hope I can stay on track.
Most people I chat with are so interested in the health benefits of low carb eating, I find their enthusiasm very motivating. Hope others are doing well.
