Feeling a little rushed this morning with various appointments and what not. Fixed a little bigger lunch than I normally do... Not any thing that's off Program just larger. Probably because had to rush out this Morning only able to grab a Slim fast Health Drink instead of a sit down Breakfast. Joints a little sore :) glad I dont have to go to the Gym for a couple of days/Saturday... Weight stayed the same
116,0 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 1,9 kg.    Nog te gaan: 14,0 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
