Was'z a little Hungry Yesterday so I ate a little more than I usually do not anything that's not on Program just a little more...Weight didn't change much :) I know that's because I haven't been to the Gym... for 2 day's back at it again tomorrow. I should add that I getting just a little tired of keeping 2 Food Journal's this one and then a Paper Form Journal for my Dietitian... I wish she could just look/use my Fat Secret Journal... Maybe I'm just being lazy too because be held accountable for what I eat Diet & Exercise is'z working so Shut up and just do it lol
