The first time I've ever written "poorly" on following my diet closely. :( I decided that I wasn't going to follow it over the holiday weekend. I didn't go totally nuts, but I did have a piece of cake two days in a row. I knew the chocolate fountain wouldn't tempt me... but Quatro Leches Cake is another matter entirely. But mostly I ate legal food - after all I run the suite so we were well stocked with meat, boiled eggs and cheese and seaweed snacks (which were amazingly popular!) I did eat quite a few low carb tortillas though because it was nice to have a warm snack. I usually limit tortillas to 3 a week.
So I went back to induction on Wednesday and plan to do a clean couple of weeks before going back to OWL. And yeah, my stomach told me in no uncertain terms that carbs aren't my friend. But dang, that cake tasted good and no regrets.
