I really think that I have been getting closer to 1000 calories vs. what my fat secret says. Only because I have been eating a few nuts with breakfast, a little extra granola here and some extra cheese not really calculated...so I am pretty sure that it adds up, I would just rather be safe than sorry--at least while trying to gain a little weight.
Today, according to measurements (really debating on getting my scale batteries!) I weigh 43.5kg. Waist 56.5cm Thigh 44cm.
43,5 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0,8 kg.    Nog te gaan: 0 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
