My weight has been up and down this week, so I was expecting this morning to be no different.
But it was a good surprise to see I'm down a 1/2 pound!
The goal for this week is EXERCISE! I need to get back into the swing of things. I was just too tired last night, but tonight should be better- I woke up today having much more energy, so I should still have enough today to get moving. Hubby mentioned taking a walk today with WBC and the pups - sounds good to me! Maybe I can try and do 8 minute abs tonight too!
