An adjustment up and now an adjustment down as my body gets used to not being in starvation mode last fe weeks. Still need to increase my calories by 200 to 300 cals per day but I'm getting there. All good food and diet. Plus I'm focussed. See the specialist today to find out what's been the problem in my gut. Hopefully h has some answers and solutions and they're not too drastic. In the meantime I'm finding it easy to stay focussed on my next goal of 70kg as it looms ever closer. No exercise yet so all diet related. 100g off having lost 24 kilos now. Woohoo!
