Didn't do so well on monitoring my Fat Grams Yesterday... didn't really go over what I am allowed to have in a day... but I know there were 16 fat grams that probably weren't really necessary... Did manage to eat something before bed last night... Trying to see how this will affect my Morning Weigh In... Other than the 2 Girl Scout Cookies and the Bag of Micro Wave Pop Corn/16g it wasn't a bad day... make mental note to do better today :)
