I've been sick for the last week so have lived off not great food, and have not been able to go to the gym :( I miss it! Surprised weight has stayed the same and, if anything, I feel better about my appearance! I'm sure it will catch up with me soon though.
The cold went away but has returned! Balancing between do I rest and get this cold gone, or go to the gym anyway?? I hate wasting any time before the wedding :(
