So hard to keep eating healthy, I keep having serious grease cravings. Gave in and had McD's last night.... and wine. And had a major headache all day to reward me. I needed a good lunch to make myself feel better so I had one of my favourite meals, unhealthy or not, and I feel so satisfied...... I'm having a love/hate relationship with food.
