My measurements are still 57cm waist and 44cm thigh, but I feel bloated and not hungry...I really want to go back to eating barely anything--enough nuts and granola! But I probably need to just keep pressing through with it and hope this feeling will go away with me eating normally and not restricting. If anyone has any tips they would be greatly appreciated!
