Weigh in day was Sunday. No loss; No gain. Thankful for no gain; somewhat disappointed that I did not lose any pounds during the week. I was really expecting to have lost 2 lbs. Well, this week has been off to say the least as well. I have not followed my eating plan carefully and got seriously off track. I am blaming PMS. However, I must also blame my own commitment and dedication to seeking to plan & prepare healthier options. Lacking of planning is a sabotage.
Back on track today! Hoping for the best this week at my weigh in on Sunday.
