I made it!!!! I reached my first goal 170 lbs which means a total loss of 18 lbs. Now I want to go a little further and stay between 160 and 170 more like 165ish. Thank you Lord for being with me through this process. I am Excited!!!!!! So i adjusted my goal today, new goal is 165, let's go........
