Do we all want something for nothing... :) Joint's a little sore ... had a good workout yesterday glad I have a couple days rest from the Gym :) Back at it again Saturday. Weight staying pretty much the same... Felt a little bit discouraged but realized I weight everyday, I'm doing what I'm suppose to be doing and were only talking about 1 pound... Just show's my impatience I want all the weight off right now.... lol Hmmmm impatience maybe I need to take a look at that ???
