Well things seem to have stabilized at around 170-171 lbs.... I have been cheating a bit more on the diet and not gaining weight from it, but it has put my weight loss on hold. It's my plateau I think.... which is fine by me because I feel fit, and my stomach is looking relatively flat... I can do more but it's been a stressful couple of weeks with wedding planning coming to a head and sometimes I just crave a fast food meal.... sigh!!!
