Oh hells yeah!!! As of this morning I have officially hit my first 10 pound mark!! I realized last night that my self esteem is starting to come back too. I think that is because I am starting to see changes in my muscle definition. I'm actually starting to get arm muscles. I've NEVER had arm muscles, even at 135 pounds!! And 10 consecutive pushups? Yeah, I can do that too! Their girlie pushups, but whatever.
80,4 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 13,3 kg.    Nog te gaan: 0 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Thats great!!! That first 10lbs off, always feels AMAZING! Which it should, since there is lots of hard work and dedication put in to those first 10lbs gone! :) Keep it up!
