well obviously the 200 pound me can't handle alcohol like 300 pound use to. Saturday I had the biggest hangover and I was sick all day dehydrated and that's why I lost the weight I think. So as of this sunday morning I lost
4 pounds since friday night. I have to learn from my mistakes and stay dedicated. I'm basically there.
