Didn't do a CN last night as I don't want to have to miss next week's top-up as I'll be in hospital Saturday. So I'll have a CN on Wednesday. Note continuing weight loss - might be an idea to spread my Carb Nites out further apart for a while. I ate like a horse last night, didn't do any harm, did it? :-)
