meh - my weight is so up and down - I know I should weigh less often, but when it is too high I can't resist! Anyway - it's down again today - so I'll take that! And carry on dieting - I have some tiny sequin shorts that I need to be able to fit into for festivals this summer :0)

Tiny sequin shorts are definitely motivation! :D

Its like anything you measure too often, there are always changes you don't like. Weigh once every 3 days, as some digestion takes that long to happen. Psychological worry adds weight too. :) Sequin shorts are a good goal.
