74kg Neat today. BMI exactly 30. This could be my last day in the obese range although I'm in a small size 12 now. Going by the govt website a BMI over 30 is obese, under 30 is in the overweight range, and under 25 is in healthy weight range. Haven't been this weight since the 80's. Next goal exactly 4 kg away. Looks like it will be August, not October as I originally planned. Only losing about 700g to a kilo a week now. As long as its a loss. Plus I measure weekly. Onwards and downwards.
