Delighted that's it's finally showing on the scales!
Realised as I got undressed last night that I no longer have an overhanging belly apron when I'm standing up !! # nonscale victory
So, I'll be realistic but determined and not reset my target weight yet ( I said I'd re-evaluate with a month to go,but have finally, finally started to drop😀😀)

I can't eat cheese and lose weight - I've moved onto shaved parmesan, a couple of flakes now and again just kills the cheese urge. Well done on the weight loss - I'd love to lose my 'apron' - I'll just keep on working on it.
