Day 1 of Bright Lines eating survived and got a Green Arrow for my efforts. YAY! Yesterday's challenges were Chick Fil-et in the conference room. No I didn't partake, but sure would have loved a Strawberry Shake. Focused on my work, and made it through the day without caving into my craving.
116,6 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 18,1 kg.    Nog te gaan: 41,7 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
