70.1 kg today. Only 100g off my next goal of 70kg. 32.6kg lost so far in just over 10 months now. Trying not to get excited as 2 big loss days and its sure to bounce up again. That's what my weight does. My weight loss journey has looked like a heart beat. I'll continue to do what I'm doing and not celebrate until I reach the goal. I've learnt not to celebrate early and not to get disheartened with the bounce because it drops again after it plateaus out for a few days. I definitely won't be turning to comfort food. They are no longer in my life. Not as a comfort anyway. if I choose to eat something like ice cream or hot chips it is because I planned it as a celebration usually with friends. Not because I want it to make me feel better because I now know it won't do that. I am the only person that can make me feel better. I am in control of my life and my new way of eating. 😊ā¤
