I am now seeing that my hard work is actually paying off. When I stepped on the scale today and saw that I actually lost some weight I could not believe my eyes. Even though my husband took me out to dinner yesterday, I was still able to keep my focus going in order to obtain my goal weight. Now to continue on is the hard part, but I am sure my results would be to die for.
