Filled with anxiety. Went to bed around 10pm last night. Eyes popped open at 4am thinking about all of KB's problems that are upsetting her and for which I am currently responsible.
Made a pot roast last night and it was pretty good. Ate too much. Mad at myself for eating cinnamon toast this morning that Mr C fixed us. I wanted to say no, but didn't have the will.
Heavy rain all morning making me feel gloomy.
