I finally fit into size 13 jeans! I've dropped 3 pant sizes in only a few weeks. I'm so proud of my progress, I hope others are doing well also!

Feels great doesn't it? Well, except for the uncertainly about which clothes you can safely get rid of altogether .. which to move to the back of the closet "just in case", and how many new ones you should buy now since you know that those ones will probably be in the back of the closet eventually!!

I hate shopping for jeans but now I'm actually excited. I've already put my old jeans into a box and shoved it to the back of the closet just in case I need them again.

get rid of the fat clothes ! do not hold them in case you "need them again" - you can stay small!
