Back where I was last Thursday. Shot up 13lbs & back down in one week. Malitol Kills...Diets. : )

Seem to be back in the groove now,so got off pretty lightly. Had great keto-fueled 2.5 hr dumbbell workout.

Notes to self:

DON'T fast after 5pm.

DO feed after Midnight.

DO avoid Alcohol Sugars.
