need to get away from so much fat in diet and stop eating any wheat flour products. It always tucks on about 2 lbs of bloat for about 3 to four days. Also, I have been too indigent. Some fat is good but there is danger in getting too much by eating dressing on hamburger which is already fatty.,-- waist is still 40.5, although clothes are generally fitting better. Unplanned meals are tough. Need to walk into each supper time with a firm plan. weight loss i about .9 lb, though, so that is good, even with eating pizza on Wednesday night.
