ffree's Logboek, 14 aug 17

We have been invited to about every event, baby shower, luncheons and dinners. Been hard to not eat bad. But on the other hand,,, I haven't gained! Haven't been able to ride my bike every day for 10 miles (I am missing doing that.... my legs are beginning to take great shape!) :)
It has been raining for past week with lightning.

I have been doing strength training at gym - about 45 minutes every other day!
I own my own business and it's hard. I put in some days about 12-14 hours, others 10-12. Been praying for a financial breakthrough so I can afford to hire someone to help with about 6 of those hours a day!
72,1 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 6,8 kg.    Nog te gaan: 10,9 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Slecht.
