Doing okay, could do better! I'm going to try and stick to plan this week and get back in the blue. (Oh yes I am!) We're having a friend to stay for five nights this week, and she drinks like a fish, so there's going to be a temptation to join her, but I think I can get past that one.

I know I'd struggle but why don't you put her in charge of the wine so she can top up whenever she wants ... or would she feel guilty and try to top you up at the same rate? have fun though!

Phooka, she will help herself anyway! She seems not to notice that we've stopped drinking after a couple of glasses. Last year she got through about 2 bottles per night, and is always right as rain next day. Oh, and that's after having some cider to quench her thirst before dinner.... Bet you can't keep up with that, Glen!

Friend arrived today, and isn't drinking wine at the moment, just beer and cider, not at the same time.... I drank a can of cider too 😀, but cals were okay.
