A 300g adjustment again. All good. Food perfect yesterday if not a bit too low in calories but I was exhausted and fell asleep early. Stressed. A lot. Dealing with the stress or trying to so hopefully the weight will settle tomorrow. We know this isn't unusual though as the previous day I also had a large weight drop too. So it could also partly be an adjustment too. All in all a good week so far with a half kilo loss so far. Onwards and downwards. ā¤
