My husband is so awesome. He bears with me on these crazy eating healthy kicks and smiles the whole way. He cheers me on and spurs me when I need it. Have a great friend that lives a couple hundred miles away that does the same thing!
Gonna go home tonight and repeat the success of last night. I just hope I start seeing some benefit and mostly energy. I am really tired of being tired.
