It's kinda funny. It seems like I can - almost at will - squeeze my body weight to a low in the high 75's (kgs, that is). However, not long time after, it will comfortably bounce back to around 78-79 kgs. It seems that it's comfortable there, and that's pretty much okay. I wish it would happen BELOW 77, though, as that has been my goal for so long.
I can live with it, though. It's a good place to be.
Today is Saturday, it's Indulgence Day, and it's major shopping day in Denmark, before the 2nd half of Zombie Jesus week begins. The stores will be closed on Sunday and Monday, so we gotta make sure we have what we need.
It's not gonna too much we need to shop for, the problem is more that everyone else in Denmark is gonna shop at the same time, and probably at the same store. :) At least, it's gonna feel like it.
So wife and I are gonna go early, get it done and over with, and then go eat lunch at the local diner in the supermarket. Going early with give us more peace and quiet to shop, and ensure a table for lunch.
So off we go!
I found a little profound thing about addiction, and I will share it with you later. I found this in a book, in a very unlikely place. Then again, it's coming from a true expert. I will tell you all about it tomorrow.
